2021 is Fred Davoli’s Golden Anniversary in the catering industry.

Over the years he has always had a special place in his heart for his brides, and has always treated them as if they were one of his daughters: Rene’, Tisa and Terra. Serving delicious food and excellent service is our goal, and making each bride’s very special day, a delicious and wonderful memory is our passion.

We are so excited that our executive chef Fernando Silveira has now been with us for almost two years and has really brought our company to a new level of excellence. Fernando is from Brazil, and has cooked in Italy, and several other countries, and is a master of cooking different foods from around the world. “All the cooks and chefs that I have had over the years have been outstanding and Fernando, I consider the cream of the crop,” says Fred of his executive chef, Fernando.

Throughout the years, Davoli’s has been selected to cater for President of the United States, International Entertainers, Willie Nelson, Dionne Warwick, Kenny Rogers, Air Supply, Al Jarreau, REO Speed wagon, Crosby Stills & Nash, Nancy Reagan, the Movies “Dogma,” “Moth-man Prophecies,” and “Temptations for Television;” for Arnold Palmer, tournaments, a three thousand people picnic, political dignitaries, Union banquets and rallies, and some of Pittsburgh’s and Jacksonville’s most prestigious events.
